With artist Stefan Heller, I continue the new exhibition series, BREAKING THE NEWS, in which I provide a platform for young academy graduates in my gallery.

Stefan Heller graduated with a diploma degree in 2010 at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste Stuttgart in the class of Alexander Roob.

In his quest for a grasping of the world, Stefan Heller works in several groups of works running in parallel and enriching each other: He creates fantastically proliferating clay reliefs alongside exploding digital image worlds and animations, in which experiences in drawing and sculpture merge. With his anarchic unrestrainedness and a unique virtuosity in handling digital image editing programmes, he arrives at pictorially highly novel and surprising results.
